Ideally you will be a graduate with a minimum of three years’ experience in an engineering discipline, but more importantly, you will possess high levels of drive and integrity and have excellent communications skills. We operate a staff appraisal scheme twice-yearly designed to analyse each individual’s strengths and then agree objectives and development plans that will make the most of these strengths, including any required training. Training takes the form of on-the-job learning, job rotation, courses in business, technical and interpersonal skills and computer-based training.


BridgeTech Industries operates in global markets, which means that the majority of projects we undertake are in Europe, United States, Asia or, increasingly, even further afield. It is essential, therefore, that candidates are prepared to be mobile if required. Increasingly, our professionals spend time in different regions to enhance their development.
